Job summary

ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, is seeking a Staff NPI Program Manager to lead all operational activities for new product launches from Secaucus, NJ. You will drive schedules, BOMs, and production setup to meet customer requirements, coordinating with manufacturing, product development, and supply chain teams.

You will manage material readiness for prototypes, track development build execution, and push issues to closure to ensure timely readiness for mass production.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field plus 5 years of experience.
• Master’s degree with 3 years of experience accepted.
• Strong planning and organization skills to establish tasks and resources.
• Excellent communication and information sharing across audiences.
• Experience with ERP/PLM and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operational activities for new product launches and execution per customer requirements.
• Drive product delivery schedules, bills of materials, and production setup for scalability.
• Own customer communications for NPI program readiness and schedules.
• Plan, schedule, and manage material readiness for prototypes and development builds.
• Track status, manage issues to closure, and ensure operational readiness for mass production.
