Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related discipline; or a high school diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with data collection and entry is a plus.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement programs is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Product and Process Documentation: Develop and maintain QMS documents and SOPs to standardize factory operations and ensure readiness.
• Process Development / Support: Measure processes and train production personnel; create SOPs to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Continuous Improvement: Collect and analyze production metrics; participate in Kaizen events to drive improvements.
• New Product Introduction: Support cross-functional processes for rapid NPI; execute time studies and build golden samples; participate in DFMEA.
