ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, seeks a Staff Product Operations Engineer to bridge product design, customers, and manufacturing. You will lead cross-functional teams, interpret customer requirements, and translate them into actionable inputs for NPI, manufacturing, test, and quality engineering.

You will drive manufacturability, collaborate with factory teams, and support hyperscale compute, storage, and AI GPU system programs with a focus on delivering quality products to data centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering, test engineering, quality engineering, or systems engineering.
• Strong ability to articulate technical issues across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with customer-facing engineering groups is desired.

Responsabilités

• Bridge between customer engineering, product design, and factory teams to align requirements.
• Translate customer requirements into inputs for NPI, manufacturing, test, and quality teams.
• Lead cross-functional projects across global sites and multiple organizations.
• Drive manufacturability decisions and resolve gaps in the product lifecycle (NPI and MP).
• Partner with NPI during new product launches to embed customer needs early.
