Affim is seeking a senior product leader to own our consumer loyalty program from strategy to execution. You will define earns, tiers, and redemption, and shape how customers interact with rewards at every touchpoint.

Ideal candidates have a proven record of launching loyalty initiatives, driving repeat usage, and defending program economics with rigorous analytics and cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management with consumer apps or fintech.
• Proven track record launching loyalty or engagement programs.
• Experience building products from scratch and measuring impact.

Responsabilités

• Own vision and roadmap for consumer loyalty program across quarters.
• Launch rewards, tiers, earns, and redemption surfaces in-app and at checkout.
• Create engagement loops to drive weekly usage and retention.
• Own program economics including liability, funding, and payback to Finance.
• Set up measurement foundation with tests and long-term LTV alignment.
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing.
