Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff ISTS Product, Developer Experience to own product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for the Enterprise Observability Platform (EOP).

This senior individual contributor collaborates with engineering leaders, architects, and platform teams to reduce onboarding friction, improve instrumentation usage, and enhance incident-response workflows while boosting platform adoption and reliability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or similar roles for complex digital/platform products.
• Experience partnering with senior engineers and architects in agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog direction and roadmap strategy across multiple teams.
• Align stakeholders and engineering leadership on priorities and outcomes.
• Engage in technical discussions about telemetry, instrumentation, and platform dependencies.
• Drive execution and ensure readiness, rollout, and adoption criteria for EOP capabilities.
• Advocate for developers and operations users through discovery and validation.
• Influence product strategy and adoption through communication and governance.
