Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff ISTS Product, Developer Experience to guide the Enterprise Observability Platform (EOP) from a product perspective. You will shape strategy, roadmaps, and adoption in collaboration with engineering leaders and platform teams.

You will balance technical considerations with product clarity and stakeholder alignment, driving measurable outcomes, onboarding improvements, and successful scale across supported teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a closely related product role.
• 7+ years of defining product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs for technically complex platforms.
• 7+ years partnering with senior engineers and architects to translate platform needs into product decisions.
• 7+ years of discovery with technical users and stakeholders to identify opportunities and friction.
• 7+ years measuring adoption, onboarding, workflow effectiveness, and customer feedback to guide direction.
• 7+ years of strong written, verbal, and visual communication for technical and leadership audiences.
• Experience operating as a senior individual contributor across enterprise-scale organizations.

Responsibilities

• Backlog ownership and roadmap strategy across multiple teams and platform domains.
• Align stakeholders and engineering to ensure product vision and execution.
• Engage technically with engineers to shape OpenTelemetry instrumentation, logs, metrics, and traces decisions.
• Drive execution, planning, and rollout criteria for platform capabilities at scale.
• Advocate for developers, platform teams, SREs, and operational users through discovery and validation.
• Influence adoption and enablement strategies to improve platform awareness and usage.
