Job summary
Brex is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the Embedded API and partner platform to drive the next growth phase. You will own the Embedded API, lead discovery and solution design, and partner with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Business Development to scale capabilities across the ecosystem.

- Track record of scaling an API product, developer platform, or API-led business.
- Strong judgment about developer experience and reliable, secure integrations.
- Commercial judgment that connects product roadmaps to adoption, payment volume, and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Own the multi-year Embedded API and partner platform strategy.
- Prioritize partner segments, workflows, and financial capabilities.
- Lead partner discovery, executive pitches, solution design, and technical planning.
- Turn partner needs into reusable APIs, tooling, and integration patterns.
- Align Card Infrastructure, API Engineering, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and GTM around launches.
- Use AI to simplify developer experience and speed from discovery to production.
- Own integration speed, reliability, launch rate, payment volume, revenue, and partner expansion.
