Job summary

Brex is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead Embedded API and partner-platform initiatives. You will drive multi-year strategy, align cross-functional teams, and own launches that unlock 10x growth across the Brex ecosystem.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Legal, and Business Development to convert partner needs into scalable APIs and reusable patterns, impacting adoption and revenue globally.

Qualifications

Track record of scaling an API product or developer platform.
Strong judgment on developer experience and secure integrations.
Credibility in partner discovery, pitches, and solution planning.
Commercial judgment linking roadmaps to adoption, revenue and payments.
Excellent communication across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

Own multi-year strategy for the Embedded API and partner platform.
Prioritize partner segments, workflows, and financial capabilities for Brex growth.
Lead partner discovery, pitches, solution design, and technical planning.
Turn partner needs into reusable APIs, tooling, and integration patterns.
Align Card Infrastructure, API Engineering, Risk, Legal, Compliance and GTM on launches.
Use AI to improve developer experience and speed from discovery to production.
Own integration speed, reliability, launch rate, and revenue growth.
