Brex is seeking a Staff Product Manager for its Embedded API and partner platform. You will drive multi-year strategy to scale the API product across financial software integrations, collaborating with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Business Development.

Based in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York, this hybrid role requires coordinating three in-office days per week and delivering scalable launches that accelerate payment volume and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year Embedded API and partner platform strategy.
• Prioritize partner segments, workflows, and financial capabilities.
• Lead partner discovery, executive pitches, solution design, and planning.
• Turn partner needs into reusable APIs and integration patterns.
• Align Card Infrastructure, API Engineering, Risk, Legal, Compliance, BD, and GTM for launches.
• Use AI to improve the developer experience and speed to production.
• Own launch velocity, payment volume, and revenue growth.
