Brex is seeking a Staff Product Manager to drive the Embedded API and partner platform, owning strategy across engineering, risk, and business development. You will shape technical and commercial commitments, lead partner discovery, and deliver scalable APIs and integrations.

The role combines hands-on design with cross-functional leadership, focusing on accelerating partner launches, payment volume, and revenue across a hybrid San Francisco/Seattle/New York footprint.

Qualifications

• Track record scaling an API product or developer platform.
• Strong judgment about developer experience and reliable integrations.
• Technical fluency in APIs and data models.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year strategy for the Embedded API and partner platform.
• Prioritize partner segments, workflows, and financial capabilities.
• Lead partner discovery, pitches, solution design and planning.
• Turn partner needs into reusable APIs and integration patterns.
• Coordinate across Card Infrastructure, API Engineering, Risk, Legal, Compliance, BD and GTM.
• Leverage AI to simplify developer experience and speed production.
