Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define and drive high-impact initiatives in patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth. You will lead with autonomy, partnering with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Business leaders to translate complex needs into clear product requirements.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in product management, experience in healthcare or pharmacy platforms, and strong data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, including ownership of complex, cross-functional product initiatives.
Experience working closely with Engineering teams in agile development environments.
Healthcare, pharmacy, fintech, or enterprise platforms experience.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills.
MBA or advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data, or related field.
Experience building products for pharmacy, healthcare services, life sciences, or medication management platforms.
Experience with data-driven personalization, automation, or AI-enabled product capabilities.
Proven track record of setting product strategy at the portfolio or platform level.
Experience mentoring or coaching other Product Managers and contributing to product org maturity.

Responsibilities

Define, shape, and deliver high-impact product initiatives in healthcare and pharmacy.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate needs into clear requirements.
Lead product discovery, using research, data, experimentation, and validation.
Establish KPIs/OKRs and monitor performance to drive improvements.
