Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define and deliver high-impact initiatives advancing patient care and pharmacy operations. You’ll partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Data teams to set standards and mentor peers.

You will influence product strategy across domains, driving measurable outcomes aligned with our mission and business goals in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in Product Management with ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading products from concept to launch in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with agile development and engineering collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills using product metrics to guide decisions.
• Experience in regulated domains such as healthcare or enterprise platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for high-impact areas from discovery to delivery and optimization.
• Define vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned to goals and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements.
• Lead product discovery through research, data analysis, experimentation, and validation.
• Communicate trade-offs and priorities using data-driven judgment to senior stakeholders.
• Establish KPIs/OKRs and iterate to improve product performance.
• Anticipate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints and design compliant solutions.
• Mentor other Product Managers and raise product quality standards.
