Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager for FuzeRx to define, shape, and deliver high-impact product initiatives across patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth.

You will work with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business leaders to translate complex needs into clear requirements and drive product discovery. You will establish KPIs/OKRs, analyze data, run experiments, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor other PMs to raise product

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management overseeing cross-functional programs.
• Experience with agile development teams in a healthcare/enterprise context.
• Experience building products for pharmacy or healthcare platforms.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management.
• MBA or related advanced business/healthcare degree.
• Data-driven personalization, automation, or AI-enabled capabilities.
• Proven track record of portfolio or platform-level product strategy.
• Experience mentoring PMs and contributing to product org maturity.
