Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define and deliver high-impact initiatives advancing patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth. This senior individual contributor role requires autonomy and collaboration with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Business leaders to drive measurable outcomes under the FuzeRx mission.

You will shape product strategy, mentor peers, and set standards while navigating regulatory and technical constraints in healthcare and pharmacy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in Product Management with ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading products from concept to launch in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working with Engineering teams in agile environments.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in regulated or complex domains (healthcare, pharmacy, fintech, etc.).
• Excellent storytelling and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with product and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, Slack, GSuite).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for high-impact product areas from discovery to optimization.
• Define product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned to goals and patient outcomes.
• Translate complex business and clinical needs into clear product requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Lead product discovery through research, data analysis, experimentation, and validation.
• Communicate tradeoffs and priorities with data-driven rationale to senior stakeholders.
• Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs to drive product performance.
• Anticipate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints and design compliant solutions.
• Mentor other Product Managers and raise the bar for product quality.
