Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define and deliver high-impact initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Data leaders to translate complex needs into clear product requirements.

You will establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs, drive data-driven decisions, and mentor others while navigating regulatory constraints in healthcare and pharmacy settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree required in business, CS, engineering, health informatics or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver high-impact product initiatives advancing patient care and pharmacy operations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business leaders.
• Lead product discovery through customer research, data analysis, experimentation, and validation.
• Establish success metrics (KPIs/OKRs) and iterate based on insights.
• Anticipate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints in healthcare environments.
