Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Product Manager for FuzeRx to own the roadmap and deliver initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Business stakeholders to solve meaningful problems for patients and partners.

You’ll work with senior leaders on strategy and measurable outcomes aligned with FuzeRx's mission, maintaining autonomy in discovery, prioritization, and execution within your domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field.
• 2+ years of Product Management or product-adjacent experience.
• Experience shipping product features in agile environments with engineering partners.
• Strong analytical skills using KPIs, adoption, and usability to inform decisions.
• Clear, concise writing for specs and effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of product features from requirements to launch and iteration.
• Translate business and clinical needs into clear product requirements with cross-functional partners.
• Lead feature discussions with customers, engineers, and stakeholders; escalate to senior leaders when needed.
• Support product discovery through customer research, data analysis, and validation of real-user problems.
• Monitor KPIs and adoption; may own OKR/QBR reporting for the area.
• Triaging features, bugs, and requests; connect engineering work to user experience.
• Understand technologies in the product area and articulate technical requirements and risks.
• Build awareness of regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy.
