Job summary

Fuze Health seeks a Product Manager for FuzeRx to own the product roadmap and drive initiatives that improve patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Data, and Pharmacy Operations to translate business needs into clear specs, and lead feature discussions in an agile environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field.
2+ years in Product Management or adjacent roles.
Experience shipping features with engineering in Agile environments.
Clear written and verbal communication for specs and discussions.
Experience building products for pharmacy, healthcare services, or medication management.
Familiarity with data-driven personalization, automation, or AI-enabled features.
Ability to identify technical risks and define API requirements.

Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap and partner with eng, design, clinical, data, and business stakeholders.
Translate business and clinical needs into clear product specs with engineering and data teams.
Lead feature discussions with customers and engineers; support discovery via research and data.
Triage features and bugs; align engineering work to end-user experience.
Identify risks in design choices and communicate regulatory constraints early.
