Fuze Health seeks a Staff Product Manager for FuzeRx to define and deliver high-impact product initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth. This senior contributor role operates with autonomy, partnering with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business leaders to solve complex problems at scale.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive Product Management experience.
• Experience leading products from concept to launch in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience working closely with Engineering teams in agile environments.
• Strong analytical skills with product metrics to drive decisions.
• Experience operating in regulated domains (healthcare, pharmacy, fintech, or enterprise platforms).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with ability to influence without authority.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, Slack, GSuite.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for complex, high-impact areas from discovery to delivery and optimization.
• Define product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned to goals and outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate needs into product requirements.
• Lead product discovery through research, data analysis, experimentation, and validation.
• Drive alignment with stakeholders using data-driven tradeoffs and strong product judgment.
• Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs to iterate and improve performance.
• Anticipate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints and design compliant solutions.
• Mentor other Product Managers and raise product quality across the organization.
