Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Product Operations Manager to build and scale the processes, frameworks, and cross-functional workflows that enable PMs and partners to ship effectively. You will own the full product development lifecycle, drive operational excellence for launches, and provide real-time visibility across teams.

This role blends analytics, tooling, and collaboration to accelerate growth and maintain quality in a fast-moving AI-enabled platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product operations, program management, or related experience.
• Experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, etc. and aligning stakeholders toward shared outcomes.
• Experience communicating with and presenting to senior leadership at the Director+ level.
• Hands-on experience with product management and engineering tools (Jira, Confluence, GitHub, or similar).
• Experience working in ambiguous environments where you define the approach and iterate.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across teams you don't directly manage.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the full Product Development Life Cycle; drive operational excellence for launches across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
• Build AI-powered workflows and agents to automate and accelerate operations; deploy AI tools to move the product org faster and smarter.
• Maintain a single source of truth for launches with real-time visibility for cross-functional partners.
• Drive centralized product knowledge and enablement; provide templates, tools, and context to PMs and stakeholders.
• Analyze product signals by querying data systems to surface insights and quantify feature requests and revenue opportunities.
