Job summary

Linktree is seeking a Staff Product Designer for the Growth team to drive product-led growth across acquisition, activation, and monetisation experiences. You will lead the design direction for experiments, onboarding, and revenue strategies while mentoring other designers.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, data, and marketing to identify high-impact opportunities, shape roadmaps, and elevate design craft across the team. This hands-on role combines strategy with execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product design on growth-focused teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating craft and impact.
• Experience designing for conversion, activation, retention, revenue.
• Strong experimentation skills with A/B testing.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional partners.
• Experience mentoring designers.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly design, deliver, and iterate end-to-end journeys for growth impact.
• Shape design vision and strategy for growth levers (acquisition, activation, engagement, monetisation).
• Partner with product, engineering, data, and marketing to identify opportunities and roadmaps.
• Lead complex projects end-to-end from insights to execution and iteration.
• Define and refine how we approach experimentation and measurement in design.
• Champion design excellence and balance velocity with long-term quality.
• Mentor designers on the Growth team and guide career development.
• Be a thought partner to design leadership, contributing to design ops and hiring.
