Job summary

Superhuman is seeking a Design Manager on the Growth Design team to lead web and top-of-funnel growth design. This hands-on, player-coach role shapes the surfaces that millions of people first encounter and collaborates with Growth Product, Engineering, Marketing, Research, and Data Science.

You will mentor a team of designers, own the design quality and strategy, and drive experiments, tooling, and a scalable web design system to accelerate activation and conversion.
