Qualifications

• Obsessive curiosity about problems, willing to dig deep for solutions.
• Strong ownership mentality, comfortable making technical decisions and delivering end‑to‑end projects.
• Experience scaling infrastructure, automated provisioning, monitoring, and release processes.
• Comfortable with SQL, code reviews, and writing maintainable code.
• Preferably can work independently, as we have no project managers to drive you.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the homegrown ultra-dynamic recruiting DSL-to-SQL compiler.
• Create automated guardrails for customer data security and privacy.
• Help developers ship features quickly while keeping complexity manageable.
• Work with teams to define SLOs and implement corresponding SLIs.
• Ensure all communication with services supports retries and circuit-breakers.
• Implement infrastructure for event-driven architecture and data warehouse.
