Anthropic Limited is seeking a senior backend/platform engineer to scale the Claude Platform across AWS, GCP, and Azure. You will own enterprise readiness, security, and cross-cloud integration, building a cloud-native managed service for regulated customers.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, ownership from design through deployment, and a product-focused approach. You will collaborate with Infrastructure, Networking, CSP teams, and operate in a hybrid office setting with in-person

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of backend/platform engineering experience.
• Experience leading cross-team technical projects from design to production.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure at scale (GCP, AWS, or Azure) in multi-tenant or enterprise SaaS contexts.
• Product-focused approach to platform work with emphasis on robust, scalable solutions.
• Ownership from design through deployment and operations.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, or similar systems languages.

Responsabilidades

• Transform the Claude Platform into a cloud-native, enterprise-grade offering across cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Collaborate across Infrastructure, Systems, Networking, Databases, Inference, and more to deliver scalable solutions.
• Develop enterprise-readiness features: key management, encryption, audit APIs, usage visibility, access control, data residency.
• Partner with CSPs to enable native integrations on cloud platforms.
