Anthropic is seeking a Senior Backend/Platform Engineer to build and scale the secure execution environment behind Claude's capabilities. You will own design-to-ops for containerized workloads used by millions of customers.

You have 8+ years of experience in distributed systems, strong knowledge of Python/Go/Rust, and hands-on cloud/Kubernetes expertise. This hybrid NYC role offers impactful work and opportunities to shape platform strategy.

Formación

• 8+ years of backend or platform engineering experience building scalable distributed systems.
• Strong fundamentals in service-oriented architectures, networking, and systems design.
• Proficient in Python, Go, Rust, or similar systems languages.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes.
• Take ownership from design through deployment and operations.
• Navigate ambiguity and make sound technical decisions.
• Product-focused approach to platform work for robust, scalable solutions.
