Qualifications

• 8+ years of practical experience as a backend or platform engineer
• Experience building scalable distributed systems, ideally at tech lead level or equivalent
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, or similar systems languages
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
