Qualifications

7+ years of experience delivering enterprise solutions in large-scale distributed environments.
5+ years of Java development experience.
5+ years of cloud initiatives and technologies.
5+ years of designing and developing modern microservices and cost-effective APIs.
3+ years of CI/CD automation.
3+ years in Agile development.
2+ years of Agentic AI / Generative AI experience.

Responsibilities

Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards.
Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers.
Provide input on feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability to meet objectives.
Participate in code reviews, enforcing coding standards and best practices.
Communicate and coordinate with team members to align and share technical insights.
Promote adoption of best practices, new technologies, and tools to boost productivity and code quality.
Share knowledge via code reviews, tech talks, and workshops to foster learning.
Collaborate with developers to implement complex features and improve existing functionality.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
