CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Platform Engineering and DevOps, shaping enterprise cloud platforms and delivery across multiple workstreams. You’ll balance hands-on engineering with team leadership to deliver secure, scalable platform solutions.

You will drive governance, SRE practices, and GitOps-based CI/CD while guiding stakeholders and engineers to meet ambitious program milestones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps/platform engineering or SRE.
• 4+ years leading mid-sized teams (5–10 engineers).
• Strong cloud-native, security, and governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the H100 platform engineering roadmap and milestones.
• Deliver GCP-based platform capabilities (GKE, IAM, networking, CI/CD, observability).
• Set engineering standards, ADRs, security, and compliance per SOC2/HIPAA.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with security, networking, and apps teams.
• Provide clear status reporting, risk mitigation, and dependency coordination.
• Act as technical and delivery point of contact for platform initiatives.
