CVS Health is hiring a Staff Platform Engineer in the Development Enablement & Acceleration team. You will design and build platforms that shape the SDLC, enabling hundreds of engineers to develop, test and deploy high-quality software with velocity.

You will lead complex initiatives, contribute to AI-powered tooling, and mentor engineers while driving reliable, scalable platform services across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design and implementation of developer platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to communicate complex designs and trade-offs to peers and leadership.
• Mentor engineers and uphold engineering excellence in code reviews and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation of key platform projects (CI/CD, testing frameworks, developer portals).
• Drive technical decisions aligned with architecture and vision; act as technical lead on complex initiatives.
