Qualifications

7+ years in enterprise solution delivery in large-scale distributed environments.
5+ years Java development experience.
5+ years with enterprise cloud initiatives and cloud computing tech.
5+ years designing and developing modern microservices and APIs.
3+ years on CI/CD pipeline automation.
3+ years in an Agile-based development environment.
2+ years of Agentic AI / Generative AI experience.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable solutions meeting requirements and quality standards.
Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers.
Advise on feasibility, performance, and scalability of solutions.
Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards.
Coordinate with team members to align and share technical insights.
Adopt best practices and new technologies to improve productivity and code quality.
Share knowledge through code reviews, tech talks, and workshops.
