CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our team and lead pharmacy operations at a CVS location. You will dispense medicines, counsel patients, immunize when appropriate, and support the Pharmacy Manager to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient service.

The role emphasizes patient care, teamwork, and maintaining high standards for accuracy and safety in daily pharmacy activities.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Living our purpose by safely dispensing, counseling, and immunizing patients.
• Overseeing pharmacy operations as proxy for Pharmacy Manager when needed.
• Ensure accurate prescription fulfillment and follow pharmacy workflow procedures.
• Deliver immunizations and support pharmacy team in patient care.
• Manage inventory with focus on cold chain products and safe handling.
• Comply with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
• Maintain scheduling and contribute to a safe, inclusive team environment.
