Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Direct the pharmacy team in daily operations and ensure safe and accurate dispensing.
• Support patient counseling, immunizations, and vaccine administration where permissible.
• Maintain compliance with state Board regulations and CVS Health policies.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager and supervise bench shifts as acting Pharmacist-on-duty.
