Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsabilités

• Dispense medications safely and counsel patients.
• Provide immunizations and clinical care under supervision.
• Lead pharmacy team during manager absence and ensure accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Support patient safety and privacy in all activities.
