Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead and support the pharmacy team, ensuring safe dispensing, patient counseling, and immunization services at our retail location. You will work closely with the Pharmacy Manager to maintain high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Oversee and support the pharmacy team during shifts when acting as the pharmacist-on-duty.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and patient safety through established workflow procedures.
• Deliver immunizations and coach technicians to assist as needed.
• Maintain inventory controls, including cold chain products, and ensure compliance with regulations.
