CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead a pharmacy team within a CVS retail location. You will oversee dispensing, counseling, immunizations, and daily operations to ensure safe, compliant, and compassionate patient care.

You will collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager, maintain quality standards, and contribute to positive patient outcomes while supporting pharmacy services and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsabilités

• Oversee safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and pharmacy workflow.
• Lead and coach pharmacy staff during shifts as acting Pharmacy Manager when needed.
• Deliver immunizations and clinical care as permitted by regulations.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
• Maintain patient safety and build positive patient experiences.
