Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Assist and support the Pharmacy Manager and oversee pharmacy operations as needed.
• Provide safe and accurate dispensing, patient counseling and immunizations where permissible.
