Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Staff Performance Coordinator for a contract, on-site role in Columbus, OH. The candidate will be the first point of contact for vendor and client employee issues, educate clients on procedures, and ensure timely resolution.

The role includes onboarding, payroll processing, and safety documentation. The position requires experience in a logistics/manufacturing setting, strong data reporting skills with CRM/Power BI, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting

Qualifications

• Experience handling employee issues and client communications.
• Ability to educate clients on guidelines and expectations.
• Proficient with payroll processes and onboarding documents.
• Skilled in data reporting and using CRM/Power BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for vendors and client contacts on employee matters.
• Educate clients on guidelines and set expectations for handling issues.
• Ensure timely and appropriate resolution of employee issues.
• Coordinate workforce issue resolutions with vendors and clients.
• Process onboarding docs and review start paperwork.
• Run reports and analyze data to identify workforce challenges.
• Participate in client safety meetings and document incidents.
• Coach associates on attendance policies and performance reviews.
• Process payroll and track attendance and wage compliance.
• Conduct onboarding, I-9s, and background checks.
• Walk candidates through facility tours and daily logistics.
• Work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize Microsoft Office products regularly.
