Job summary

Employbridge, LLC is seeking a Staff Performance Coordinator to join ProLogistix in a fast-paced logistics environment. The role involves acting as the first point of contact for vendors and clients on employee issues, coordinating resolutions, and conducting onboarding and background checks for new hires.

You will review safety programs, run reports using Power BI and CRM data, and support payroll and attendance compliance while coaching associates on attendance and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience handling employee issues and client communications.
• Knowledge of onboarding, I-9s, and background checks.
• Familiarity with time/attendance software and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for vendors and client contacts on employee issues.
• Educate clients on guidelines and set expectations for handling issues.
• Coordinate resolution of workforce issues with vendors and clients.
