Job summary

EmployBridge, LLC is seeking an Onsite Warehouse Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter in Pataskala, OH. You will be the first line of contact for client and vendor issues, coordinate onboarding, and ensure HR and payroll tasks align with service level agreements.

This full-time, on-site role runs Monday–Friday 7am–4:30pm, helping manage staffing services and daily operations, while partnering to resolve workforce challenges and deliver strong customer service to the client and associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or related experience
• Experience in logistics or manufacturing environments preferred
• Customer service experience with client communication

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues.
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for handling of employee issues.
• Ensures all employee issues are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion.
• Coordinates resolution of workforce issues with vendors and client partners and understands risk areas for all parties.
• Delivers client customized new hire orientations.
• Collects and reviews all required work related onboarding documents for each employee prior to start.
• Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges and escalates issues to the appropriate resource (using CRM, Power BI, time/attendance software).
• Participates in client meetings about safety and operations and documents and investigates safety incidents and executes the safety observation program.
• Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance
