You will set technical strategy, drive critical projects, and coach a team to deliver scalable, reliable software. This remote-first role emphasizes ownership, on-call readiness, code quality, and collaboration with product, design, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience developing and architecting mobile apps.
• Proficient in Javascript/Typescript with React Native and Expo.
• Experience with complex state management and native module updates.

Responsibilities

• Set long-term technical strategy for the team and align with business goals.
• Collaborate across product, design and analytics to ensure sustainable tech.
• Own operations and availability with monitoring, playbooks and on-call readiness.
• Mentor teammates and drive quality through code reviews and standards.
• Lead large projects and deliver major features and components.
