The role centers on setting yearly technical strategy, collaborating with product, design, and analytics, and driving ownership of operational processes. Strong RN expertise and AI tooling familiarity are valued, with clear impact on product quality and team growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building and architecting mobile apps, 4+ with React Native.
• Proficient in Javascript/Typescript and React Native SDKs.
• Experience with complex state management and testing/observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Set long-term technical strategy for your team and tie it to business-impacting projects.
• Collaborate across product, design, and analytics to ensure sustainability and risk management.
• Act as a force-multiplier by defining and advocating scalable technical solutions.
• Own team operations and on-call readiness with monitoring, runbooks, and testing policies.
• Foster quality by setting code review and design standards and sharing them across teams.
• Develop talent by providing feedback and mentorship.
