The role requires a STEM degree with 12+ years (or higher degrees), an active Secret clearance, and expertise in CAD/PLM, GD&T, and fixture development. You will mentor staff and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires a STEM bachelor’s degree with 12+ years experience; advanced degrees may reduce required years.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance; SAP access eligibility.
• Experience with CAD/PLM, GD&T, and drawing release processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive on-time delivery of design work products to support launch timelines.
• Manage risk and opportunity for the Sentinel program.
• Ensure adherence to the technical baseline and applicable processes.
• Balance quality with rapid procurement, fabrication, and testing of assets.
• Mentor engineers and foster cross-functional collaboration across IPTs.
• Oversee fabrication of custom components for system integration.
• Support testing and analyze data to characterize system performance.
