Credit Genie in San Francisco is seeking a Staff Marketing Data Analyst to partner with Marketing, measure campaigns, and drive data-driven decisions. You will own analyses and measurement frameworks to improve acquisition, channel performance, and growth.

The role combines marketing analytics expertise with business judgment, requiring advanced SQL and Python while influencing senior stakeholders and promoting scalable analytics practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics or related field.
• Master's degree in Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (Sigma, Tableau, Looker).
• Strong ability to translate insights into business actions.
• Experience with paid media and acquisition channels.
• Knowledge of mobile app marketing analytics and MMPs; AppsFlyer/SSOT preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, AWS, dbt.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and others to improve data quality and measurement.
• Lead insights and analyses to optimize CAC, LTV, and ROI across channels.
• Own and advance MTA, MMM and other measurement approaches to evaluate ROI.
• Design and scale experiments, including A/B tests and incrementality studies.
• Define, monitor, and interpret core marketing KPIs to assess growth.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to Marketing leaders with data-driven recommendations.
• Raise the analytical bar by sharing best practices and coaching peers.
