Credit Genie is seeking a Staff Marketing Data Analyst to partner with Marketing, Product, and other teams. You will own complex analyses, design experiments, and translate data into strategic insights to improve customer acquisition and growth.

The role requires deep marketing analytics expertise, strong business judgment, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct people-management responsibility. Evidence-based decision-making is key.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, data analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• Advanced SQL and Python or similar languages.
• Experience with BI/data visualization tools (Sigma/Tableau/Looker).
• Deep understanding of marketing data, measurement, experimentation, and performance analysis.
• Experience with paid media and acquisition channels.
• Knowledge of mobile app marketing analytics and MMPs (AppsFlyer) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing, Product and other teams to improve data quality and measurement.
• Lead insights and deep-dive analyses to optimize acquisition and campaign ROI.
• Own attribution models, MMM, and other measurement approaches.
• Design and scale experimentation (A/B tests, incrementality).
• Define and monitor core marketing KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROI).
• Communicate findings to Marketing leaders and drive data-driven decisions.
• Share best practices and coach peers on analytics methods.
