Credit Genie is seeking a Staff Marketing Data Analyst to partner with Marketing and Product, turning data into actionable insights to drive customer acquisition and growth.

You will own complex analyses, measurement frameworks, and communicate findings to senior leaders to influence strategic decisions. The role emphasizes collaboration, rigor, and impact within a fast-paced, in-office setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics or related quantitative field.
• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or similar.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Sigma/Tableau/Looker).
• Deep understanding of marketing data, measurement, experimentation, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and other teams to improve data quality and measurement.
• Lead actionable insights and deep-dive analyses to optimize acquisition, channel performance, and ROI.
• Own multi-touch attribution, MMM, and other measurement approaches to evaluate ROI across channels.
• Design and scale experimentation approaches including A/B tests and incrementality studies.
• Define, monitor, and interpret core marketing KPIs like CAC, LTV, and campaign ROI.
