Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale.
• Track record of building highly available distributed systems using AWS, MySQL, Spark, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with financial systems, ledgering, treasury or related domains where accuracy matters.

Responsibilities

• Set technical strategy for your team over a year and align with business goals.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics to ensure sustainability and risk management.
• Define and advocate technical solutions and operational processes for your team.
