Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend design, development and launch experience.
• Proven track record in high-availability distributed systems.
• Experience in financial systems, ledgering or treasury domains.
• Ability to define technical plans and write high-quality, maintainable code.
• Strong communication and collaboration across global teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical strategy for your team on a year-long horizon.
• Collaborate with product management, design and analytics.
• Define and advocate technical solutions and operational processes.
• Own your team’s operations, monitoring, playbooks and on-call readiness.
• Set code review and design standards and promote them across teams.
• Mentor and develop talent through feedback and example.
