Job summary

EY is seeking a Staff Internet Ingress & Edge Engineer to support enterprise delivery across AWS, AVI, and Azure, focusing on ingress, DNS, certificates, and edge security. You will work with multiple teams to implement operational tasks, monitoring, and lifecycle activities, following established runbooks and change controls.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• 2+ years in networking, cloud operations, load balancing, or related role.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, routing, high-availability fundamentals.
• Ability to follow change controls, runbooks, and documentation standards.
• Strong learning agility, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ingress and edge platform health, alerts, capacity, and performance.
• Support AWS ALB/NLB, AVI load balancers, and Azure ingress services.
• Assist with onboarding, migration, configuration changes, and post-change validation.
• Support DNS changes, certificates, security, and edge controls.
• Contribute to automation and documentation using IaC concepts.
