CodeRabbit is hiring a Staff GTM Systems Engineer to own and architect the internal systems that power our go‑to‑market engine. You will lead the pipeline generation, billing integrations, provisioning, and related internal tools, shaping how engineers, analysts, and agents work together to scale from PLG to enterprise.

You will bring hands‑on Salesforce expertise and strong full‑stack skills, building safe, scalable solutions and mentoring teams through architecture decisions and design docs.

Qualifications

• Deep Salesforce engineering experience, including Apex, LWC, data modeling, security, and Salesforce CLI deployment.
• Strong full‑stack development experience with production web apps, APIs, and databases.
• Experience with agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) and safety gates (tests, CI, reviews, scoped permissions).
• Track record integrating GTM systems end to end (CRM to billing, CPQ, provisioning, data warehouse, reverse ETL).
• Staff-level judgment: owning architecture across systems and guiding teams without direct reporting lines.

Responsabilités

• Own and evolve the Agent Build pipeline, guard hooks, and related tooling for safe production use.
• Design and build internal tools and agents as full‑stack apps (TypeScript, Next.js, Postgres).
• Develop Salesforce-centric components: Apex, LWC, triggers, Platform Events, deployment patterns.
• Set engineering standards for Business Systems: reviews, testing, releases, runbooks, and reviews for agent work.
• Enable analysts and engineers to build their own agents (e.g., Sales OS Agent, Data Quality Agent).
• Collaborate with Finance, GTM, Deal Desk, and Data teams to translate needs into scalable systems.
• Raise engineering standards through pairing, design docs, and reducing external consultants over time.
