PDQ, based in Salt Lake City, is hiring a Senior Business Systems Administrator to help improve and scale our GTM systems, with Salesforce at the center. You’ll work across a connected technology stack to improve integrations, automate processes, and empower marketing, sales, and RevOps to acquire and retain customers.

This role offers ownership of architecture, data quality, and reliable release practices across our evolving stack.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience administering Salesforce in a complex environment.
• Solid Salesforce data modeling, Flow, permissions, reporting, and data management.
• Experience with integrations and APIs, troubleshooting data movement.
• Proven ability to independently deliver projects with minimal oversight.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems and troubleshooting errors.
• Clear, proactive communication translating technical issues for business stakeholders.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar systems and work through technical debt.
• Proficiency using AI tools to understand Salesforce metadata and Flow.
• Good judgment prioritizing work and making practical fixes.

Responsabilités

• Own GTM systems projects, plan work, test solutions, and drive delivery.
• Communicate progress, risks, blockers, and solutions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps to translate needs into improvements.
• Refactor automation to reduce complexity and improve reliability.
• Design and maintain Salesforce architecture including accounts, opportunities, data.
• Configure Salesforce objects, flows, reports, permissions, and layouts.
• Develop integrations with HubSpot, Tray.ai, and partner tools.
• Troubleshoot data synchronization and workflow issues across platforms.
• Maintain documentation and reduce manual work.
