Job summary

Close is seeking a Staff GTM Analyst to join our 100% remote team. You will work alongside GTM leadership to interrogate metrics, trace them through the data warehouse, and translate findings into action that drives acquisition, conversion, and revenue.

You’ll own metric definition, model funnels from first touch to paid conversion, and reconcile data across Snowflake, Segment, Amplitude, GA4, and ad platforms.

Qualifications

• Approximately 8 years of hands-on analytics experience.
• Turn ambiguous business questions into data-driven decisions.
• Translate data insights into actions for GTM teams.
• Experience with AI-powered analytics and self-serve BI.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics and model the funnel from first touch through paid conversion.
• Reconcile discrepancies across Snowflake, Segment, Amplitude, GA4 and ad platforms.
• Forecast, model tradeoffs, and inform leadership decisions.
• Own outcomes and drive data-driven improvements.
